Goods may be returned for exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on garments we consider used or damaged (statutory rights not affected). Please complete and enclose the returns form that is supplied with your delivery. We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.
Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
If it is an international return, please clearly label the package "returned British Goods" for customs purposes as the company will not pay import duty on returned goods.

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed.
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.
